  • When you book a bar and/or bartending services YOU must provide the alcohol. 

  • If you haven’t booked a Day of Coordinator or Bartending, Servers or anything of that nature then we do offer service needs only. This can be just doing one small job the day of. Price will differ depending on the need. If you have booked a Coordinator or bartending/servers they will be happy to assist in any other needs you may require. Please let us know before hand if you have booked those services and any additional help you may need from them before booking. 

  • Yes, you can view our event decor items in person before making a rental decision. We encourage you to schedule an appointment to visit our showroom and see the decor up close. This is a great opportunity to get a better sense of how the items will look at your event and discuss any questions or customization options with our staff. Our showroom visits are by appointment only to ensure that we can provide you with personalized attention and guidance. Contact us to schedule your visit and take the first step toward creating a stunning event decor setup.

  • Locations over 35 miles from Fremont, OH do result in a delivery fee of $.60 a mile. Invoices totaling over $300 qualify for free delivery (with the exception of service items like bartenders and coordinators). We do not deliver/travel over 45 miles.
