When you book Bartenders for your event you are just boking the bartending service. Bartenders will show up 30 minutes before the bar is to open so they can stock and organize the bar and will also be sure to say their goodbyes on their way out. We will provide bar napkins however we do not include ice, cups or alcohol.

Yes, all of our items include setup/delivery, tear dwn/pickup of your booked items. 

If you haven’t booked a Day of Coordinator, then we do offer service needs only. Pricing will vary depending on the needs of your event so please let us know what we can assist you on!

Yes, you can view our event decor items in person before making any rental decisions. We encourage you to schedule an appointment to visit our showroom to ensure we can provide you with personalized attention and guidance. Appointment is not required. 

Locations over 35 miles from Fremont, OH do result in a delivery fee of $.60 a mile. Invoices totaling over $300 qualify for free delivery (with the exception of service items like bartenders and coordinators). We do not deliver/travel over 45 miles. 

All rental items will follow our terms and agreements policy located at the bottom of the About us section. Day of Coordinators, Servers, General Event Assistance and Bartenders will have their own contracts. These will be included on your invoice and can be viewd at anytime in the link above.
