Table Linens
LINEN POLICY:
All linens are white
Linens do have a refundable security deposit as long as the linens come back unharmed or altered in anyway.
Please try to keep them clean and unharmed. We understand that sometimes messes happen. Stains that are larger than a quarter that cannot come out after they have been cleaned with result in partial loss of security deposit.
This loss will be outlined via email along with the remaining refund if owed back to you.
An inspection of the linens will be done upon return. Major alterations or damage to the linens will result in the loss of the security deposit. If the linens come back with damage or alteration beyond control we will send you an email with a detailed reason of loss of deposit.
If a refund is to be given, the refund will be process after 5-7 business days (after inspection)
Please respect our linens as they are not cheap to replace. Linen security deposit is for the security of Affinity and the guest that may book them after your event.
